Beginning today, MoMA will be screening a made-for-tv film by Rainer Werner Fassbinder through April 19th. World on a Wire originally aired in 1973 and was based on Daniel F. Galouye’s novel Simulacron-3  from 1964. The story is on of the earliest to depict virtual reality, in this case for the purpose of market research.
With tickets at $10 per adult, this is a fucking steel.
