Mike Tyson to enter pigeon racing ring on new Animal Planet reality show, 'Taking on Tyson'

It’s unfortunate that a conflicting figure like Tyson is now an ambassador for a misunderstood animal. Pigeons amazing creatures, they can fly 50+ mph for hours covering distances of 500+ miles. No matter where they are released, they always find a way home.

I wonder if Tyson will join the American Pigeon Racing Union, thereby having his name published alongside my father’s in the yearly “Who’s Who.” (ha!) Chances are, they could have competed in some of the larger end-of-season races were my parents not moving to Florida.
